Application Notes
Background
As a pivotal biomolecule, soil xylanase plays a central role in complex physiological networks. It acts as a primary indicator of soil microbial activity and biogeochemical cycling. In addition, investigating its functional state is crucial for identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating soil xylanase dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Robust Assay Design; Easy-to-Follow Protocol; Versatile Application Range
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
