Application Notes
Background
Total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) is an integral element required for robust cellular function and metabolism. Its quantification is fundamental to establishing baseline profiles in biochemical and clinical assessments. As a result, accurate quantification of this target is essential for uncovering underlying pathological and physiological mechanisms.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Excellent Reproducibility; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
