Trehalase; THL
Application Notes
Background
In the context of biological research, trehalase (THL) has emerged as a molecule of high interest. It selectively processes distinct biochemical substrates, maintaining the efficiency of cellular networks. In addition, investigating its functional state is crucial for identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking trehalase (THL) fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Accuracy; Low Background Noise; Highly Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
