The quantitative anti-phospholipid screen ELISA kit detects IgG and IgM antibodies in human serum using antigen complexes of various phospholipids and β2-glycoprotein coated on microplates. After the antibodies in the sample bind to the antigen, the antibody concentration is determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colorimetric reaction.

Application Notes
Application
The quantitative anti-phospholipid screen ELISA kit is designed to measure IgG and IgM autoantibodies against various phospholipids (such as phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylcholine, etc.) mediated by β2-glycoprotein in human serum or plasma samplesthe, and the antibody concentration is calculated by calibration curve.
