Product Description The quantitative human ADRα1A (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human adrenergic receptor α 1A (ADRα1A) levels. ADRα1A is a G protein-coupled receptor, which binds to norepinephrine and epinephrine. ADRα1A plays a role in regulating vasoconstriction. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates. Its sensitivity is 0.151 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of ADRα1A in the sample.
