Product Description The quantitative human ETRA (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human endothelin receptor A (ETRA) levels. ETRA is a G protein-coupled receptor, which binds to endothelins. Endothelins are potent vasoconstrictors. ETRA plays a role in regulating blood pressure. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates. Its sensitivity is 0.125 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of ETRA in the sample.
