The anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) screen ELISA kit is based on the principle of ELISA, which detects the presence of antibodies by binding the pre-coated antigens (such as SS-A (Ro), SS-B (La), Smith, Scl-70, etc.) on the microplate to the IgG antibodies in human serum or plasma samples. The bound complex is developed by anti-human IgG horseradish peroxidase conjugate, and the intensity of the color is proportional to the concentration of IgG antibodies in the sample.

Application
The anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) screen ELISA kit is mainly used to detect anti-nuclear antibodies in the serum of patients with autoimmune diseases, which is helpful for clinical diagnosis and monitoring of autoimmune diseases. The kit provides a rapid and quantitative the means to identify and evaluate the presence and level of ANA by ELISA method.
