Description The ALG6 knockout KD cell line, derived from an extra-cranial rhabdoid tumor, is effective for exploring N-glycosylation initiation in this pediatric sarcoma. ALG6 deficient, it impairs early N-glycosylation, potentially causing protein misfolding. Researchers employ it to study N-glycosylation disorder's roles in rhabdoid cancer cell proliferation, migration, drug response, and to develop pathway-targeted drugs for this aggressive disease.
