Description
The DPY19L1 knockout HepG2 cell line lacks the DPY19L1 protein, a predicted mannosyltransferase involved in protein glycosylation in liver cells. Loss of DPY19L1 function in HepG2 cells may disrupt C-mannosylation of liver-specific proteins, potentially affecting their interactions and cellular functions relevant to liver biology and hepatocarcinogenesis.
