1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoErase™ LDHAL6A knockout HepG2 cell line eliminates LDHAL6A, encoding a predicted lactate dehydrogenase isoform involved in lactate and pyruvate metabolism. This enzyme, localized in the cytoplasm, may play a role in redox balance. The knockout model facilitates functional studies of lactate metabolism and cellular redox regulation in liver cells.
