Overview
Description
To probe ST3GAL4 ST3 beta-galactoside alpha-2,3-sialyltransferase 4 function in CHO-S cells, and to determine its role in Golgi membrane-localized alpha-2,3-sialylation, the ST3GAL4 knockout CHO-S cell line is established as a research tool to investigate alpha-2,3-sialylation disruption and its potential effects on sialylation patterns and glycoprotein sialylation in CHO-S cells.
