GlycoErase™ ST6GAL1 Knockout CHO-K1 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF92

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
The ST6GAL1 knockout CHO-K1 cell line, utilizing gene editing technology to precisely knockout ST6 beta-galactoside alpha-2,6-sialyltransferase 1 gene, glyco-engineering analysis shows that this cell line may lead to severe dysfunction of the critical α-2,6-sialylation modification pathway in CHO cells, because ST6GAL1 protein specifically catalyzes the linkage of α-2,6-sialic acid, directly determining the terminal sialylation modification level and final product quality of therapeutic glycoprotein drugs.
