Description GlycoFlux™ AAV1-ALG6 Viral Particle provides the initiating glucosyltransferase that installs the first glucose onto the lipid-linked oligosaccharide during early N-glycosylation. The AAV1 vector readily targets neural circuits, retinal layers, pancreatic tissue, inner ear epithelia, cardiac muscle, liver, and smooth muscle to secure durable transgene activity.
