Application Notes
Background
Known for its specific biological characteristics, caspase-3 provides deep insights into cellular dynamics. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. Moreover, thus, accurate determination using this assay supports advanced exploration in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking caspase-3 fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Execution; Flexible Sample Inputs; Highly Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
