Ceruloplasmin; CP; Ceruloplasmin Standard; Ceruloplasmin Reagent
Application Notes
Background
Functioning at the core of various biological processes, ceruloplasmin (CP) is a key subject of biochemical analysis. This constituent influences multiple downstream effects, anchoring the stability of interrelated metabolic chains. In addition, monitoring these changes is vital for evaluating bioenergetic efficiency and systemic resilience.
Application
Tailored for accurate quantification of ceruloplasmin (CP) across cell biology, organelle bioenergetics, and intracellular signaling cascades.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Rapid Reaction Protocol; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
