Hydroxyproline
Alternate Names
Hydroxyproline; Hyp; Hydroxyproline Standard
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of hydroxyproline (Hyp) are closely linked to overall organismal health. It actively circulates within the biological matrix, acting as a crucial building block or signaling molecule. Accurate quantification of this target is essential for uncovering underlying pathological and physiological mechanisms.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating hydroxyproline (Hyp) dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Excellent Reproducibility; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
