Product Description
The GlycoSens™ Immunoglobulin IgA Assay Kit utilizes a highly stable detection system tailored for accurate profiling of immunoglobulin IgA. It combines streamlined sample handling with superior signal-to-noise ratios to support dependable biochemical assessment in research applications.
Product Type
Other Series
Target
Immunoglobulin IgA
Kit Components
Reaction Buffer; Specific Substrate; Standard; Reaction Stop Solution
Sample Types
Serum, plasma, tissues, cell culture supernatants
Sample Volume
5 μL - 20 μL
Detection Principle
Target immunoglobulin IgA in samples undergoes specific enzymatic conversion or chromatic reaction, resulting in a distinct optical absorbance change monitored spectrophotometrically. The variation in absorbance intensity directly correlates with the concentration of target immunoglobulin IgA.
Detection Time
Within 1 hour

Target Information
Full Name
Immunoglobulin IgA
Alternate Names
Immunoglobulin IgA
Application Notes
Background
Found widely across biological samples, immunoglobulin IgA is crucial for maintaining systemic homeostasis. It actively circulates within the biological matrix, acting as a crucial building block or signaling molecule. Monitoring these changes is vital for evaluating bioenergetic efficiency and systemic resilience.
Application
Tailored for accurate quantification of immunoglobulin IgA across cell biology, organelle bioenergetics, and intracellular signaling cascades.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Execution; Flexible Sample Inputs; Highly Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
