Proline Dehydrogenase
Alternate Names
Proline Dehydrogenase; ProDH; Proline Oxidoreductase
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of proline dehydrogenase (ProDH) are closely linked to overall organismal health. Its enzymatic action supports metabolic redox homeostasis and efficient energy conversion pathways. Consequently, therefore, profiling its activity serves as a fundamental strategy for exploring complex biological phenomena.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of proline dehydrogenase (ProDH) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Excellent Reproducibility; Stringent Quality Control; Enhanced Sensitivity
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
