Target Information
Full Name
Proline Dehydrogenase
Alternate Names
Proline Dehydrogenase; ProDH; Proline Oxidoreductase
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of proline dehydrogenase (ProDH) are closely linked to overall organismal health. This enzyme facilitates essential dehydrogenation steps required for cellular respiration and energy production. Tracking its dynamics facilitates a deeper understanding of cellular responses to external stressors.
Application
Ideal for investigating proline dehydrogenase (ProDH) activity and metabolic turnover during natural product research, growth factor signaling, and developmental morphogenesis studies.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Accuracy; Low Background Noise; Highly Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
