Application Notes
Background
In the context of biological research, pyruvate decarboxylase (PDC) has emerged as a molecule of high interest. It effectively accelerates specific biochemical transformations, ensuring the rapid progression of metabolic pathways. Furthermore, consequently, robust measurement of this parameter is highly beneficial for comprehensive functional profiling.
Application
Designed for comprehensive functional analysis of pyruvate decarboxylase (PDC) within tissue metabolism profiling, coenzyme utilization studies, and biochemical pathway modeling.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Execution; Flexible Sample Inputs; Highly Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
