The quantitative anti-β2 glycoprotein 1 screen ELISA kit measures the concentration of unknown auto-antibodies against the β2-glycoprotein 1 complex using two different calibration curves and peroxidase conjugates (for IgG and IgM, respectively). Antibodies in the sample bind to β2-glycoprotein 1 coated on microplate wells, followed by incubation and washing to remove non-reactive components. The color reaction produced by the enzymatic reaction quantifies the concentration of antibodies in the sample.
