GlycoErase™ SIGLEC11 knockout Jurkat cell line is a Jurkat T lymphocyte model where SIGLEC11 expression has been deleted. SIGLEC11 is a sialic acid-binding receptor with Ig-like domains, mediating anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive signaling. The knockout Jurkat background provides a system for investigating T cell immune suppression and inflammatory control, with applications in immunotherapy, cytokine regulation, and T cell-based drug studies.
