GlycoFlux™ Human LDHC Overexpression HEK293 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0925-JF418

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoFlux™ human LDHC overexpression HEK293 cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses the testis-biased LDHC isoform. It enables isozyme-comparative profiling of metabolic control over glycosylation, including effects on ER folding capacity, glycan occupancy of secreted enzymes, and stress resilience during high-productivity campaigns.

LDHC
Full Name
Lactate Dehydrogenase C
Alternative Name
CT32; LDH3; LDHX
Location
11p15.1
Gene ID
Summary
Lactate dehydrogenase C (LDHC) catalyzes the conversion of L-lactate to pyruvate in the final step of anaerobic glycolysis. It is testis-specific and part of the lactate dehydrogenase family. Two transcript variants with a different 5' UTR are detected.
