Description GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC7 overexpression Jurkat cell line is a stable T-cell system designed to express SIGLEC7, an immunomodulatory lectin receptor that binds sialylated glycans. By regulating adhesion and immune signaling at the plasma membrane, this line provides a model to study T-cell lectin biology, inhibitory receptor pathways, and the impact of glycosylation in adaptive immunity.
