Acetylcholine; ACh; Acetylcholine Standard; Acetylcholine Reagent
Application Notes
Background
Found widely across biological samples, acetylcholine (ACH) is crucial for maintaining systemic homeostasis. It actively circulates within the biological matrix, acting as a crucial building block or signaling molecule. Consequently, thus, accurate determination using this assay supports advanced exploration in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating acetylcholine (ACH) dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Stable Signal Output; Excellent Reproducibility; Minimized Interference
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
