Specifications
Product Description
The GlycoSens™ Acetylcholine (ACH) Assay Kit utilizes a highly stable detection system tailored for accurate profiling of acetylcholine. It combines streamlined sample handling with superior signal-to-noise ratios to support dependable biochemical assessment in research applications.
Product Type
Oxidation and Antioxidant Series
Target
ACH
Kit Components
Substrate Mix A; Substrate Mix B; Standard; Reaction Stop Solution
Sample Types
Serum, plasma, biological fluids
Sample Volume
10 μL - 50 μL
Detection Principle
Target acetylcholine (ACH) in samples undergoes specific enzymatic conversion or chromatic reaction, resulting in a distinct optical absorbance change monitored spectrophotometrically. The variation in absorbance intensity directly correlates with the concentration of target ACH.
Detection Time
Within 1 hour
Required Equipment & Materials (Self-provided by User)
Visible Spectrophotometer or Microplate Reader, glass/quartz cuvettes, microcentrifuge, water bath/incubator, adjustable micropipettes, double-distilled water.
Storage
Store at -20°C.
Shipping Conditions
Shipped with ice packs.
Target Information
Full Name
Acetylcholine
Alternate Names
Acetylcholine; ACh; Acetylcholine Standard; Acetylcholine Reagent
Application Notes
Background
As a pivotal biomolecule, acetylcholine (ACH) plays a central role in complex physiological networks. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. Consequently, assessing this component offers a reliable parameter for agricultural research or biological studies.
Application
Tailored for accurate quantification of acetylcholine (ACH) across cell biology, organelle bioenergetics, and intracellular signaling cascades.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Excellent Reproducibility; Stringent Quality Control
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
