Adenosine Deaminase; ADA
Application Notes
Background
Functioning at the core of various biological processes, adenosine deaminase (ADA) is a key subject of biochemical analysis. It selectively processes distinct biochemical substrates, maintaining the efficiency of cellular networks. In addition, assessing this component offers a reliable parameter for agricultural research or biological studies.
Application
Ideal for investigating adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity and metabolic turnover during natural product research, growth factor signaling, and developmental morphogenesis studies.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Execution; Flexible Sample Inputs; Highly Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
