Target Information
Full Name
Arginine
Alternate Names
Arginine; Arg
Application Notes
Background
Arginine (Arg) is an integral element required for robust cellular function and metabolism. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. Notably, monitoring these changes is vital for evaluating bioenergetic efficiency and systemic resilience.
Application
Designed for comprehensive functional analysis of arginine (Arg) within tissue metabolism profiling, coenzyme utilization studies, and biochemical pathway modeling.
Key Features & Advantages
Enhanced Sensitivity; Streamlined Workflow; Consistent Batch-to-Batch Performance
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
