Full Name
Creatine Kinase
Alternate Names
Creatine Kinase; CK; Creatine Phosphotransferase
Application Notes
Background
Creatine kinase (CK) is an integral element required for robust cellular function and metabolism. It drives ATP-dependent phosphorylation events that govern cellular growth, division, and metabolism. Notably, assessing this component offers a reliable parameter for agricultural research or biological studies.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of creatine kinase (CK) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Stable Reaction; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
