Creatine Kinase; CK; Creatine Phosphotransferase
Application Notes
Background
In the context of biological research, creatine kinase (CK) has emerged as a molecule of high interest. It functions by transferring phosphate groups from high-energy donor molecules to specific target substrates. Notably, accurate quantification of this target is essential for uncovering underlying pathological and physiological mechanisms.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of creatine kinase (CK) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Robust Assay Design; Easy-to-Follow Protocol; Versatile Application Range
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
