Target Information
Full Name
Ethanol
Alternate Names
Ethanol; EtOH
Application Notes
Background
Ethanol is recognized as a fundamental component in biological systems. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. Moreover, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating ethanol dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Enhanced Sensitivity; Streamlined Workflow; Consistent Batch-to-Batch Performance
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
