Ethanol; EtOH
Application Notes
Background
Ethanol is recognized as a fundamental component in biological systems. It actively circulates within the biological matrix, acting as a crucial building block or signaling molecule. Furthermore, therefore, profiling its activity serves as a fundamental strategy for exploring complex biological phenomena.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking ethanol fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Micro-Volume Optimization; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
