γ-Glutamate Kinase
Alternate Names
γ-Glutamate Kinase; γ-Glutamate Phosphotransferase; γ-GK
Application Notes
Background
Functioning at the core of various biological processes, γ-glutamate kinase (γ-GK) is a key subject of biochemical analysis. It drives ATP-dependent phosphorylation events that govern cellular growth, division, and metabolism. Consequently, evaluating its levels provides researchers with invaluable insights into metabolic alterations and health status.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of γ-glutamate kinase (γ-GK) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Execution; Flexible Sample Inputs; Highly Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
