Application Notes
Background
As a pivotal biomolecule, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) plays a central role in complex physiological networks. It forms a crucial part of the cellular inventory, dynamically responding to internal and external stimuli. Furthermore, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Micro-Volume Optimization; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
