Isoleucine
Application Notes
Background
Research highlights isoleucine as a significant participant in key metabolic and regulatory cascades. By serving as a metabolic node, it integrates diverse biochemical inputs into unified physiological responses. Furthermore, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of isoleucine in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
High Sensitivity & Specificity; Flexible Sample Inputs; Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
