Application Notes
Background
As a pivotal biomolecule, lipase (LPS) plays a central role in complex physiological networks. It selectively processes distinct biochemical substrates, maintaining the efficiency of cellular networks. Moreover, monitoring these changes is vital for evaluating bioenergetic efficiency and systemic resilience.
Application
Designed for comprehensive functional analysis of lipase (LPS) within tissue metabolism profiling, coenzyme utilization studies, and biochemical pathway modeling.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Reaction Protocol; Stringent Quality Control; Enhanced Sensitivity
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
