The GlycoSens™ Lipase (LPS) Assay Kit utilizes a highly stable detection system tailored for accurate profiling of lipase. It combines streamlined sample handling with superior signal-to-noise ratios to support dependable biochemical assessment in research applications.
Target lipase (LPS) in samples undergoes specific enzymatic conversion or chromatic reaction, resulting in a distinct optical absorbance change monitored spectrophotometrically. The variation in absorbance intensity directly correlates with the concentration of target LPS.

Application Notes
Background
Lipase (LPS) is an integral element required for robust cellular function and metabolism. This catalytic protein strictly regulates substrate turnover to meet the dynamic physiological needs of the cell. In addition, thus, accurate determination using this assay supports advanced exploration in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of lipase (LPS) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Broad Sample Compatibility; Stringent Quality Control
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
