Shipped with ice packs.
Target Information
Full Name
β-Mannosidase
Alternate Names
β-Mannosidase; β-Man
Application Notes
Background
Known for its specific biological characteristics, β-mannosidase (β-man) provides deep insights into cellular dynamics. Its enzymatic activity is finely tuned to environmental cues, reflecting the overall metabolic capacity. As a result, evaluating its levels provides researchers with invaluable insights into metabolic alterations and health status.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of β-mannosidase (β-Man) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Linear Dynamic Range; Stable Reaction; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
