The GlycoSens™ β-Mannosidase (β-Man) Assay Kit utilizes a highly stable detection system tailored for accurate profiling of β-mannosidase. It combines streamlined sample handling with superior signal-to-noise ratios to support dependable biochemical assessment in research applications.
Target β-mannosidase (β-Man) in samples undergoes specific enzymatic conversion or chromatic reaction, resulting in a distinct optical absorbance change monitored spectrophotometrically. The variation in absorbance intensity directly correlates with the concentration of target β-Man.

Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of β-mannosidase (β-man) are closely linked to overall organismal health. This catalytic protein strictly regulates substrate turnover to meet the dynamic physiological needs of the cell. Notably, assessing this component offers a reliable parameter for agricultural research or biological studies.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of β-mannosidase (β-Man) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Accuracy; Low Background Noise; Highly Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
