Glycan Labeling Kit (2-AB)

The glycan labeling kit (2-AB) uses 2-aminobenzamide acid (2-AB) dye to label the free reducing termini of glycans via reductive amination. One kit can process up to 30 independent samples, with typical labeling efficiencies exceeding 85% (depending on the sample).
