GlycoErase™ SIGLEC10 Knockout HEK293 Cell Line

GlycoErase™ SIGLEC10 knockout HEK293 cell line is a human embryonic kidney cell line in which SIGLEC10 expression has been eliminated. SIGLECs are cell-surface receptors with ITIM motifs that transmit inhibitory signals, and SIGLEC10 is expressed on innate immune cells, regulating immune activation and homeostasis. The knockout of SIGLEC10 in the HEK293 background provides a flexible platform for studying inhibitory receptor signaling and innate immune regulation, with applications in immunology research, therapeutic antibody development, and viral studies.
