GlycoErase™ SIGLEC10 Knockout HEK293T Cell Line

GlycoErase™ SIGLEC10 knockout HEK293T cell line is a HEK293T model where SIGLEC10 expression has been eliminated. SIGLECs are cell-surface receptors with ITIM motifs that transmit inhibitory signals, and SIGLEC10 is expressed on innate immune cells, regulating immune activation and homeostasis. The knockout of SIGLEC10 in the HEK293T background creates an optimized platform for examining inhibitory receptor signaling and innate immune regulation, and supports applications in viral vector production, antibody research, and immunology.
