GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC11 overexpression HEK293 cell line is a stable cell line expressing SIGLEC11, a sialic acid-binding receptor mediating inhibitory immune signaling. It undergoes alternative splicing to generate several isoforms. This model is suitable for studying immunosuppressive pathways, glycan-dependent recognition, and glycosylation-driven modulation of immune checkpoints.

Product Disclaimer
This product is provided for research only, not suitable for human or animal use. Due to the inherent limitations of infectious agent testing, investigators must exercise extreme caution when handling cells provided by Creative Biolabs, treating all cells as potentially biohazardous.
This gene encodes a sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin, involved in anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive signaling. Several isoforms of this protein are produced through alternative splicing.
