1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC15 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line that constitutively overexpresses SIGLEC15, a membrane receptor implicated in osteoclast biology and tumor immune suppression. By editing cell-surface sialylation and co-receptor context, this platform supports osteoclastogenesis pathway studies, evaluation of anti-SIGLEC15 therapeutics, and deconvolution of myeloid checkpoint mechanisms.
