GlycoFlux™ Human SIGLEC15 Overexpression A549 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0925-JF868

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC15 overexpression A549 cell line is a stable epithelial cell line engineered to express SIGLEC15, a receptor predicted to regulate actin cytoskeleton organization, osteoclast development, and bone resorption. Localized to the plasma membrane as part of protein complexes, SIGLEC15 has also been linked to immunoregulatory and bone biology functions. This glycoengineered system enables exploration of SIGLEC15's dual roles in immunity and skeletal biology.
