GlycoFlux™ AAV1-ALG3 Viral Particle expresses the α1,3-mannosyltransferase that extends Man5GlcNAc2-PP-Dol using Dol-P-Man, a key step implicated in CDG-Id modeling. The AAV1 backbone shows pronounced activity in CNS and heart with reliable delivery to liver, retina, pancreas, inner ear, and smooth muscle to facilitate in situ pathway interrogation.
