1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC16 overexpression CHO-K1 cell line is a stable cell line expressing SIGLEC16, a sialic acid-binding receptor implicated in innate immune defense. It positively regulates IL-6 production and antibacterial responses, localizing to the plasma membrane. This glycoengineered model supports comparative studies of innate glycan signaling, immune lectin pathways, and host defense.
