GlycoFlux™ Human SLC35A1 Overexpression Glycoengineered Cell

CAT#: GLJF-0925-JF136

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoFlux™ human SLC35A1 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line engineered to enhance SLC35A1 activity, a transporter that delivers CMP-sialic acid into the Golgi for glycosylation. As a glycoengineered model, it provides a tool for investigating congenital disorders of glycosylation type 2F (CDG2F) and defects in sialylation pathways.
