Target Information
Full Name
Catalase
Alternate Names
Catalase; CAT; Catalase Standard; Catalase Reagent
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of catalase (CAT) are closely linked to overall organismal health. This biocatalyst heavily influences cellular redox balance by driving specific oxidation or reduction events. In addition, monitoring these changes is vital for evaluating bioenergetic efficiency and systemic resilience.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of catalase (CAT) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Rapid Reaction Protocol; Minimized Interference
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
