Cholinesterase
Alternate Names
Cholinesterase; CHE; Cholinesterase Standard; Cholinesterase Reagent
Application Notes
Background
Cholinesterase (CHE) acts as an essential biochemical entity within diverse cellular pathways. Its hydrolytic activity is essential for maintaining the balance of the cellular and extracellular matrix. As a result, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of cholinesterase (CHE) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Broad Sample Compatibility; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
